Every finding carries its receipt.
Most AI screening hands you a score and asks you to trust it. We hand you the sentence the candidate actually said, the moment they said it, and the reason it mattered.
If a claim has no quote behind it, we drop the claim. That rule is enforced in code, not in a style guide.
How the evidence worksOwns the consequence of his own change.
It was my change: the unique index I added was on the event id alone, and a customer who was generating ids with a timestamp prefix was writing into one hot part of the index. ... What I had not done was think about what a customer generated id would look like in aggregate, and I write that assumption down now.
Three steps, and your evening back.
A round takes the candidate about twenty minutes, whenever suits them. The dossier is waiting before you next open the tab.
Describe the role once
Paste what you are looking for. Those lines become the criteria every candidate for that role is measured against, fixed from the first dossier so the bar cannot drift mid-hire.
Send one link
The candidate verifies their email, then talks or types with an interviewer that follows up on what they actually say. No account, no download, no scheduling.
Read the evidence
A dossier per candidate, a side-by-side shortlist across all of them, and a transcript you can open at any quoted line. Then your team decides.
A panelist your system can assign.
Use the dashboard, or let your ATS or HRMS do it: it opens a round with the role and the candidate's resume, gets the interview link back to send, and is called back with the evaluation once the round is scored.
- One call opens a round. Your own interview id makes a retry safe, so a timeout never opens or bills a second one.
- Signed callbacks for every change: started, completed, expired, cancelled, erased.
- The dossier in five formats: PDF, Word, HTML, Markdown and JSON, plus a link a hiring manager can open without an account.
- A sandbox to build against, with working links and nothing billed.
You pay for rounds that happen.
One price per round a candidate finishes. A round nobody takes costs nothing, so inviting someone who never starts costs you nothing either.
How pricing works- No subscription and no charge per seat. Bring the whole hiring team.
- Unused rounds are free. An invite that expires or that you withdraw is never billed.
- Your rate is fixed on each round when you send it, so a later change never re-prices one already out.

The candidate is told exactly what happens.
Before a single question, they are told they are talking to an AI, that their full transcript goes to your team and not just a score, and that the decision is never the machine's.
They can take it at midnight if that is when their life allows. Nobody is asked to perform availability.
What candidates seeBuilt for a team that will be asked to defend the decision.
Your data, erased on your schedule
Transcripts, dossiers and camera summaries are deleted automatically once your retention window passes. Billing records survive; nothing personal does.
No video is ever stored
The camera check runs in the candidate's own browser. What reaches us is a summary of presence, never a recording.
Body language is advisory, or off
It never reaches the model that scores, and never counts toward a score. Where local law forbids it, we switch it off for your company entirely.
One company cannot see another
Isolation is enforced in the database itself, not by application code remembering to filter.

See it run against a role you are hiring.
We will set up your company, take one of your open roles, and walk you through a finished dossier. Thirty minutes, no slide deck.
A person replies, usually the same day. We do not run a sign-up funnel.
