One price, per round a candidate finishes.
No subscription, no charge per seat, and nothing for a round nobody takes. Your rate depends on how many rounds you expect to run, and we agree it with you, which is why there is no figure on this page.
What you pay for
A round becomes billable when the candidate finishes it and the dossier is written. That is the only moment anything is charged.
- A round nobody takes is free. An invite that expires, or one you withdraw, is never billed.
- Your rate is fixed on each round when you send it. If your rate changes later, rounds already sent keep the price they were sent at.
- No subscription and no seats. Add as many people from your hiring team as you like.
- Trying it costs nothing. Anyone on your team who can send rounds can sit a test round on themselves with the real interviewer, up to 5 a day, and integrations build against a sandbox that bills nothing.
Your monthly allowance
Your plan sets how many rounds can be scored in a month, and we size it with you.
- A candidate is never cut off by it. The allowance is checked when a round is sent. Once a candidate has started, their round is scored whatever the count says.
- Only finished rounds count. Rounds still waiting for a candidate do not use it up.
How you are billed
In rupees or in dollars, whichever your agreement is in, and in one of two ways.
- Invoiced monthly. After each month ends you get a numbered tax invoice for the rounds scored in it. In India it carries GST at 18%; a dollar invoice to a company outside India is an export and is zero rated.
- Or from a prepaid balance. You top up in advance and each round draws its price when it is sent. If nobody takes it, the price goes back to your balance.
- Erasing candidate data never changes an invoice. Erasure removes people, not the record that a round happened and what it cost.
