What happens to your words
The decision is not the AI's to make
The hiring team gets your full transcript, not just a summary. The AI conducts the interview and writes up what it heard. It does not decide whether you move forward, and it cannot. What the hiring team does with it is theirs, and we will not tell you they read every word, because that is their promise to make and not ours.
Nothing you say trains a model
Your interview is not used to improve our system or anyone else's. It is read by the employer who invited you, and then it is deleted on their retention schedule.
Every claim about you is quoted
The write-up cannot say you showed something without pointing at the sentence where you said it. If a claim has no quote behind it, our system removes the claim rather than letting it stand.
Take it when your life allows
There is no slot to book and nobody waiting. Midnight is fine. If your connection drops, your link picks up where you stopped.
Lost the link?
Go to the company's own address, the one in their invitation, and open /i/find. Enter the email address they have for you and we will send a six-digit code that brings up your interview. You do not need an account, and nobody else can see your interviews without that code.
About the camera
Your camera has to be on, and we would rather explain that honestly than bury it.
No video is recorded. At all.
The analysis runs inside your own browser and nothing leaves your computer except a summary: roughly how much of the round you were in view, and whether a second person appeared. There is no footage, so there is no footage to leak, subpoena or review.
It does not score you
Notes on posture or expression never reach the model that evaluates your answers, and never count toward any score. Where local law prohibits reading emotion in hiring, the employer switches it off completely and the fields stop being collected.
If your camera fails, you do not lose your answers
Submitting is deliberately not blocked on the camera working. Earlier it was, and that stranded people who had already answered everything. Now the round records that no camera summary arrived, says so plainly in the write-up, and lets you submit what you have given.
Your data, and how to get at it
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased.
Because we hold it on the employer's behalf, the fastest route is to ask them directly. You can also send the request to us and we will pass it on and tell you we have.
